Booking

During your complimentary Breakthrough Consult, if it feels right and you want to do more, we can talk about suitable dates and arrange to work together. When this has been agreed, a simple booking form will be emailed to you with a deposit payment request.
The completed form and deposit payment is required within 12 hours to secure the booking. The balance is due 14 days before your retreat. Payment is usually via bank transfer, although bank cards can be accepted in our call if you prefer. On receipt of your completed form and payment you will receive email confirmation and also be posted a confirmation letter with a Welcome Booklet with all the information you will need.
Food and refreshment preferences and any dietary needs will be arranged in our preliminary set up call.
Travelling is made as easy as possible so if coming by train all transport will be arranged from and to the station and accommodation. (I usually do this myself for a truly personal service!) Full details can be discussed in our conversation or by email. Parking is available if driving.

Terms & Conditions

Booking Forms and Payment must be received before tuition can commence.
All monies, less PayPal Fees and £50 admin cost, will be reimbursed in the event of cancellation up to 30 days prior to the commencement date booked. 50% of monies paid, less Paypal Fees and £50 admin cost will be reimbursed in the event of cancellation up to 14 days prior to commencement date booked. No monies will be refunded in the event of cancellation of less than 14 days or if you do not not show up or leave early.
If exceptional circumstances arise, postponement can be discussed and, if agreed, arranged at no extra charge.
In the unlikely event of Depression Busting Courses cancelling, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given.
